Returns
All sales are final on sale items. However, If your purchase is having an issue, please read the terms for a qualified return and complete the Returns Form.
Care for Leather
Natural leather does require protection of some sort. Du’cuoio natural Leather Balm moisturises and protects the leather and it smells great. Use it on your used leather goods once a year! to avoid leather being dry out which could lead to cracking. It takes years to get to a point of drying and cracking, so you shouldn’t worry about that for awhile.
Shipping
Generally shipment takes 5-7 working days to reach customers. Orders are shipped on business days only.
